Terms of use

The short version: PlenaryMD is free to use, a listing is our reading of the organizer’s page, and the organizer’s page is the final word. Updated November 3, 2026.

• What PlenaryMD is

  A free listing of medical conferences, CME courses, society meetings, webinars and life support classes, run by EnzedMD, Inc. We are not the organizer of any meeting listed, we do not sell registrations, and we do not accredit continuing education.

• A listing is not the organizer's word

  We copy dates, places, credits, prices and deadlines from each organizer's own page and say when we last checked it. They can change after we check. Before you register, book travel or claim credit, confirm the details on the organizer's official page, which every listing links to.

• Using our listings

  You may read, link to and share any page, and use the listings through the JSON feed, the Markdown copies and the connector for AI assistants, including in your own tools, as long as you link back to the listing on PlenaryMD when you show it to others. Please don't load the site so heavily that it slows down for others, and don't present the listings as checked by you.

• Organizers

  If a listing of your meeting is wrong or you want it removed, write to hello@enzedmd.com and we will correct or remove it promptly.

• Email alerts

  You can follow a specialty or a meeting by email and stop at any time with the link in every email. Privacy explains what we keep.

• No warranty

  PlenaryMD is provided as it is. We work to keep listings accurate but cannot promise that every detail is complete or current. As far as the law allows, EnzedMD, Inc. is not liable for losses that come from relying on a listing.

• Changes and law

  When these terms change, this page changes and shows the date. They are governed by the laws of Delaware.
