Privacy
PlenaryMD keeps as little as it can. This page says what that is. Updated October 31, 2026.
Browsing needs no account
You can use PlenaryMD without signing up. Meetings you save stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.
What we store when you follow
If you follow a specialty or an annual meeting by email, we store your email address, what you follow, the page you signed up on, and when you signed up, confirmed and unsubscribed. Nothing else.
What we use it for
Only to send the emails you asked for: one to confirm, then new meetings once a week, or new dates for the meeting you follow. We never sell or share your address, and we send no advertising.
Where it is kept
With Cloudflare, which hosts PlenaryMD and sends the email. Like any website, our host processes your IP address to deliver pages and to stop abuse of the signup form; we do not store it with your subscription.
Maps
The maps on place pages draw their streets and coastlines from CARTO, so your browser fetches those images from CARTO's servers, which see your IP address like any website you load. We send CARTO nothing else.
Stopping and deleting
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect at once. We keep an unsubscribed address only so that we never email it again. To have it deleted completely, write to hello@enzedmd.com.
Who we are
PlenaryMD is run by EnzedMD, Inc., 2810 N Church St STE 91102, Wilmington, DE 19802. Questions go to hello@enzedmd.com.
