30th Annual American Uveitis Society Winter Symposium

The American Uveitis Society (AUS) is the nation’s leading subspecialty society devoted to ocular inflammatory diseases. The 30th Annual Winter Symposium, open to members and non-members of the AUS, is a highly interactive scientific meeting that attracts uveitis and retina key opinion leaders and trainees in clinical practice, basic research, and translational research. The overarching goal of the meeting is to provide a forum for the exchange of new information and ideas relevant to clinical practice and scientific investigation of patients with complex infectious and inflammatory ocular diseases.

We invite all attendees to submit a case or free paper, during the registration proc ess, for consideration on the program. Submissions are due no later than Monday, September 28, 2026.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS The American Uveitis Society (AUS) has reserved the following room types at the Westgate at a reduced rate. The rates are inclusive of the resort fee and tax. Luxury Suite ($438.99/night) Best suited for 1-2 adults with small child Luxury One Bedroom Villa ($478.99/night) Best suited for 1-2 adults and up to 2 children These discounted rooms are available at the group rate until Tuesday, December 15, 2026 , based on availability. After that date, any remaining rooms in the group block will be released for general sale. Once the room block is sold out, and/or after Tuesday, December 15, 2026, AUS cannot guarantee the group rate or availability. The Westgate does have additional room types in their inventory, which are available to AUS attendees, at the public rate. PARKING Parking is complimentary for one car per guest room. RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY A one night's room rate plus tax deposit is required at the time of booking on a valid credit card. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. A $200 cash or $50 credit card security deposit is required at check-in and will be held until check-out. Must have valid ID and cardholder must be present. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation at any time and for any reason. Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations must be made 30-days prior to arrival by 4:00 PM hotel time in order to avoid a 100% room and tax penalty.
