Who Should Take This Course? Recommended for any healthcare professionals and medical personnel who may respond to pediatric emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units, and others who require PALS certification for job requirements. Individuals must have completed a PALS course within the past two years, and have a valid PALS card, in order to take the renewal course. If your card is expired you must complete the PALS Intitial class. You are required to have the current textbook for this course. If you already own one or have access to one before, during, and after the class, you do not need to purchase one here. Please choose from the following optional items:
