You are required to have the current textbook for this course. ("BLS for Healthcare Providers Student Manual" dated 2025 or later). If you already have access to one, please bring it with you to class.

CLASSROOM COURSES: When you register for a class a seat is reserved for you. If you cancel your class with more than 72 hours notice, we will refund 80% of your course tuition. If you cancel within 72 hours of the course, arrive late or No-show, your seat will be given to another student and no refund will be given. Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. If you need to reschedule please contact us as early as possible so your seat can be used by another student. You may reschedule 1 (one) time into another class at no additional charge based upon availability. Additional reschedules are subject to a $25 fee per reschedule. Rescheduled courses must be completed within 45 days of the original registration date. FAILED COURSES: If you fail your class, you will be allowed to repeat the course 1 (one) time at no charge. Repeated classes must be completed successfully within 45 days of the original class. PARTIAL COURSE ATTENDANCE: If due to illness or other emergency you are unable to attend all required portions of the class, contact us for options to complete missed segments. All missed portions must be complete within 15 days of the original class date or the entire class must be repeated.
