This course is a refresher course and is designed for those that have a valid AHA BLS card and need to complete a refresher course to renew. This American Heart Association’s (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. The American Heart Association requires you to have the current textbook for this course. If you already own one or have access to one before, during, and after the class, you do not need to purchase one here. Okaloosa County employees can contact Capt.
