Please note there will be a $35.00 processing fee which will be charged to your account for ALL cancellations greater than 24 hours prior to class start date. If you drop the class within 24 hours of the course start date there will be no refund.

**ALL completion certificates regardless of discipline must be dated no earlier than 6 months prior to the start of the class.** All Video Prework and Self Assessment completion certificates can be emailed to [email protected] . Maimonides Employees must enter their Employee Life Number and the Department they currently work in.
