*All students must have a current text book. Students must complete both the ACLS Pre-course Self-Assessment and Video Prework (Four parts) prior to the start of the class. This includes ECG recognition, pharmacology, application and VIDEO LESSONS. If you have not completed the Pre-course work, you will not be allowed to join the course. (Available on Shopcpr.heart.org ACLS Video Prework at no cost ). Please bring the completion certificate to class or email a copy to [email protected] . The completion certificate must be the 2025 version and dated no earlier than 6 months prior to the start of the class. The 2020 Version of the Pre-Course Self-Assessment and Video Lessons will no longer be accepted. Please note there will be a $35.00 processing fee which will be charged to your account for ALL cancellations greater than 24 hrs. prior to class start date. If you drop the class within 24 hours of the course start date there will be no refund. For ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) course participants, there is a four part ACLS Self-Assessment and Video Pre-Course Work that must be completed prior to coming to class. It includes Video Lessons, ECG Recognition, Pharmacology, and Application. Click the link to access the Precourse work https://shopcpr.heart.org/acls-prework . **ALL completion certificates regardless of discipline must be dated no earlier than 6 months prior to the start of the class.** All Video Prework and Self Assessment completion certificates can be emailed to [email protected] . Maimonides Employees must enter their Employee Life Number and the Department they currently work in.
